  • Trump Ally ‘Tongue-Tied’ When CNN’s Abby Phillip Hits Trump Over Allegatio...
Pro-Trump scribe Lydia Moynihan was “tongue-tied” when CNN anchor Abby Phillip hit her with the allegations against President Donald Trump and asked if they’re “disqualifying” in a discussion of Graham Platner’s embattled candidacy. Embattled Senate candidate Graham Platner (D-ME) has weathered a blizzard of controversy over past comments and a tattoo that he claims he did not know had Nazi connotations when he got it, and has since covered. On the heels of a story containing allegations of sexually explicit texts sent early in his marriage, Platner now faces a bombshell New York Times report alleging misconduct with women. Fifield — a longtime GOP operative and co-founder of the group “Ladies for Kavanaugh” — is the central accuser in that story. Platner has denied the most serious of the accusations against him. But allegations against Trump shot back in the news last week when CNN dropped a bombshell report that the Trump DOJ is investigating Carroll for possible perjury charges over a 2022 deposition in which she said outside backers did not fund her lawsuit. Trump was found liable for sexual abuse and defamation against Carroll and was ordered to pay judgments of $5 million and $83 million, which have been upheld in court. Trump is still pursuing appeals. Judge Lewis Kaplan wrote in one motion that “The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was ‘raped’ within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape.’ Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.” On Friday’s edition of CNN NewsNight, Phillip confronted Moynihan over the serious allegations against Trump. “Let me just ask you one last thing, and then we have to go. Given everything that was said here, especially about the allegations against President Trump, many of which were validated in court, right? Given all of that, I mean, is that disqualifying for Donald Trump?” Phillip asked. When Moynihan stumbled as she tried to answer, panelists laughed and called her “tongue-tied.” “I think we just have I think we all have to decide what we’re doing here. We either care about it or we don’t care about it,” Phillip said. • Bill Maher Trashes Scott Pelley Amid Firing — Won’t Blame Trump For 60 Minut...
Comedian and pundit Bill Maher ripped former 60 Minutes anchor Scott Pelley and refused to blame President Donald Trump for the shakeup at the legendary newsmagazine. On Friday night’s edition of HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, the interview guest was former Vice President Mike Pence, 48th Vice President of the United States and author of “What Conservatives Believe: Rediscovering the Conservative Conscience.” The panel guests were Senator Chris Murphy, Democratic senator from Connecticut and author of the new book “Crisis of the Common Good: The Fight for Meaning and Connection in a Broken America”; and Susan Rice, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, former U.S. National Security Advisor, and former Director of the Domestic Policy Council. During the overtime segment, Maher said he “never liked” Pelley and said he wouldn’t become concerned about the program unless he saw a “smoking gun” like an Alex Jones or Candace Owens hire: BILL MAHER: What does the panel think of the recent shakeup at 60 Minutes? I’m for it. Good night. I’ll let you in. What do you think of the shakeup in 60 minutes? Big controversy. SENATOR CHRIS MURPHY (D-CT): Yeah, I mean, listen, you’re watching a censorship state be created. Trump is using the powers that he has available as president of the United States to install only friendly ownership at the big media companies. He’s using regulatory powers to punish people who oppose him. I guess it’s fascinating to me that, like, all our big institutions have kind of let us down, right? From academia to the corporate world to big media, they’ve all folded in with him. And yet, we’re, like five months away from an election. And we might pull off a free and fair election. It’s kind of astounding that the people of this country, even as the corruption of our democracy happens in media, in the corporate world, even around Donald Trump’s inner circle, the people have just decided they’re hanging on to this democracy. BILL MAHER: That’s a big charge that you just made, that that that 60 minutes itself and CBS itself is now completely MAGA. I don’t see it that way. SENATOR CHRIS MURPHY (D-CT): No it’s not completely MAGA. BILL MAHER: Well, it’s kind of what you said SENATOR CHRIS MURPHY (D-CT): But he is clearly intent on installing people who will tell his story and will keep his critics off the air. BILL MAHER: Let me ask… [TheTopNews] Read More.

  • Fetterman Vows to Wear Suit Every Day If Graham Platner Can Prove He Never Sent ...
Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) is vowing to ditch his hoodie and wear a suit every day if Democratic Maine Senate hopeful Graham Platner can prove he never sent “d*ck pics” to minors. Fetterman joined Kayleigh McEnany on Fox News’ Saturday in America where he declared himself “the one honest Democrat” about Platner amid the candidate’s growing list of controversies. Platner has faced a wave of controversies amid his campaign to flip Sen. Susan Collins’s (R-ME) seat. On top of a Nazi image tattoo he’s since had covered (and he said he didn’t know what it was when he got it), Platner has also faced backlash over past Reddit comments about fellow combat veterans. He’s also now facing reports that his wife warned his campaign about early sexting incidents with other women early in his marriage. Platner called the reports “gossip” and “journalistic malpractice.” Fetterman raised issue with Platner’s alleged use of Kik, a messaging app that has long had issues with pedophiles and child abuse. “That dude was on Kik for a decade. I mean, do you know what Kik is? Just anyone watching, Google what Kik is. You know, they have serious underage problems with people that are in there. And they go there because it can be anonymous and they can do all kinds of deprave things,” Fetterman said. There is no evidence Platner ever had inappropriate exchanges with minors, but Fetterman argued this can’t be proven unless all of these alleged messages are actually released. The senator also took issue with an interview Platner conducted on MS NOW where Chris Hayes directly asked Platner about this issue. Check out the Hayes/Platner exchange below: HAYES: I really do feel like I need to get these answers from you, which is like, the people you were texting with, whatever that was, in whatever context, they were adult women. You knew that. And it was consensual. Is that true? PLATNER: Yes. HAYES: And you have that — you confirmed that. You knew their age. PLATNER: Yes. Oh, God, I mean, yeah, yes, of course. Fetterman called it a “cream puff” interview and argued reporters should be pushing Platner harder on the subject. He said: I’ve watched that interview on MS NOW… that cream puff interview, and he asked P-Hustle, oh, all those people that you were dropping all the d*ck pics and saying these things are, you know,… [TheTopNews] Read More.

  • Trump Gushes Over Dude Who’s a ‘Hell of a Physical Specimen’ in Viral Mome...
President Donald Trump gushed about an attendee’s physical specimen-hood during an official event, telling him “I thought I ws big until I met you!” Trump traveled to Wisconsin for an event that was dubbed a “Roundtable on American Agriculture,” but which featured many of the elements associated with Trump rallies. In one exchange that was clipped and widely shared, Trump enthused about a former football player’s physique, and his own: PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: I was in Iowa — another place I like a lot — and it was just before we started the excursion to Iran, and we passed gas stations. It was a dollar eighty-five a gallon, and we’re going to get them down to those numbers again very quickly. But as they say in the farming business — TRUMP: We had to take care of business. Look at this guy over here. I don’t know who the hell he is, but he is one hell of a specimen. This guy, this is one hell of a physical specimen. I thought I was big until I met you, Joe. Fantastic, that’s what I like. Anyway, I just want to let you all know that I’m thrilled to be here at Custer Farms. Ken and his family, they’re amazing. I took pictures with him backstage and got to know him a little bit. They’re really amazing people. They built this country. You all built this country, not the complainers, not the wise guys. You all built this country. And I just want to let you know that Wisconsin, for me, has been just a great place. You know, it’s known as difficult. It’s difficult. You got to be good to win, but we won here, as you know. We won a lot. And we’re trying to figure out who the few people that voted against us are. We’re looking, we’re looking for them right now. • Spencer Pratt Hits Back at Jimmy Kimmel’s Biting Slam with Blackface Reminder
Screenshot via NBCLA Los Angeles mayoral hopeful Spencer Pratt fired back at late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel with a reminder of one of his past controversies after Kimmel called the former reality TV star embarrassing. Pratt responded on Friday to the California Post’s coverage of a Kimmel opening monologue about the Los Angeles mayoral race. While once best known for his role on The Hills and other shows, Pratt has now seen a major political rise in Los Angeles as he’s continually battered Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D) over her leadership and response to the Palisades fires (in which Pratt lost his home). “Barring a late ballot buzzer beater, it appears that Mayor Karen Bass will advance to a runoff against the former reality show villain,” Kimmel said about Pratt. “Sixty percent of the vote has been counted. If that holds, it means that in November, Los Angelenos are going to have to choose between a woman named Karen and a man who is one.” Kimmel joked that it “could take a while” for LA liberals to determine which of their friends secretly supported Pratt. “We should be very embarrassed. Spencer Pratt should not be a top-two finalist for mayor,” he said. An updated vote tally on Friday showed Pratt with around 30% of the vote compared to Los Angeles City Councilwoman Nithya Raman’s 24%. Bass has received 35%. The top two candidates advance to the general election. Pratt, known for relying heavily on AI-generated videos for social media in his campaign, responded to Kimmel’s criticisms with an image of Kimmel in blackface from his days on The Man Show. https://t.co/opIwzILi4s pic.twitter.com/mYgcpGSpca — Spencer Pratt (@spencerpratt) June 5, 2026 Kimmel used blackface in the past to impersonate celebrities like NBA player Karl Malone. He apologized in 2020, saying the skits were “embarrassing.” “I’ve done dozens of impressions of famous people, including Snoop Dogg, Oprah [Winfrey], Eminem, Dick Vitale, Rosie [O’Donnell], and many others. In each case, I thought of them as impersonations of celebrities and nothing more,” he said at the time. “Looking back, many of these sketches are embarrassing, and it is frustrating that these thoughtless moments have become a weapon used by some to diminish my criticisms of social and other injustices.”The post Spencer Pratt Hits Back at Jimmy Kimmel’s Biting Slam with Blackface Reminder first appeared on Mediaite. • Bill Maher Complains About Trump To Pence: ‘You Have To Agree With Him 100% Or...
Comedian and pundit Bill Maher complained to former Vice President Mike Pence about President Donald Trump not taking dissent very well, no matter how many things you praise him for. During his interview with Pence, Maher continued his campaign to convince the president that he doesn’t have “Trump Derangement Syndrome”: FORMER VP MIKE PENCE: I just want people to know that while the Trump administration has gotten a lot right, secured the border, extended tax cuts… BILL MAHER: And by the way, I said that… Yeah on the show over he just you have to agree with him 100% or he hates you You know, it’s just then you’re just part that I agree that there’s and there is such a thing as Trump Derangement syndrome, you know the thing people people who just hate everything. He could cure cancer tomorrow and there were people would hate it just because he did it. I agree the border needed to be fixed. You know I see FORMER VP MIKE PENCE: The tax cuts were extended –. BILL MAHER: Well I don’t know about that one. FORMER VP MIKE PENCE: And, look, in the wake of October 7th, the way candidate Trump and President Trump have stood without apology for Israel and finally been the first president in history to take the fight directly to Iran last year and this year. This is to be commended. BILL MAHER: I know, and I have commended him. The problem is that he does other things that are not good. And I will not stop talking about those. Doge, ICE, the corruption, the revenge path that he’s on, not conceding elections. These are just the top five. I mean, I feel like… So I’m sorry, but that’s how I feel.
